Community Centre Alterations Framwellgate
Internal remodelling and improvements to existing community centre which was previously an old primary school.
Works included energy enhancing improvements, thermal insulation to walls, new dropped insulated suspended ceilings, roof mounted solar PV, improved fire compartmentation / means of escape, ramp access, new accessible toilets and kitchen / café area.
