The project involved the extension and internal remodelling of an existing 1970s factory in Greencroft. The scheme delivers approximately 2,100 sqm of additional manufacturing, office and ancillary space over two floors. Key elements include new mezzanine structures, major service diversions and upgrades, installation of new electrical substations, and a new switch room. The works were carried out in a safe, phased manner to minimise disruption to ongoing factory operations.
