This project involved the demolition of an existing property and construction of a bespoke five-bedroom new build home on an elevated plot with views toward the Cheviot Hills. To maximise these views, the living and family spaces are positioned at first floor level, with bedrooms and ancillary spaces on the ground floor. Large bi-fold doors open from the first-floor living areas onto a private rear-facing balcony, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection and taking full advantage of the setting.
