This project involved the internal remodelling and upgrade of an existing community centre, formerly a primary school. Works focused on improving energy performance and accessibility, including thermal wall insulation, dropped insulated suspended ceilings and roof-mounted solar PV.
Additional improvements included enhanced fire compartmentation and means of escape, new ramp access, accessible toilets and the installation of a new kitchen and café area to support wider community use.
